Her call to the ministry originally focused on delivering women from bondage and strongholds until God expanded her ministry in 2014 to both men and women. Dr. Hawkins-Hyde has had several opportunities to speak, teach, preach and train in various arenas in order to deliver, encourage, educate and empower others about the love and saving grace of Jesus Christ. Dr. Hawkins-Hyde has been blessed to birth several ministries such as “Discovering your Spiritual gifts”, “A Brand New You Counseling Session”, The Virtuous Women’s Ministry, The Anointed Ones Choir, Step-Up Prison Ministry, Increase your Church Membership Ministry, and Hyde Bible Institute. Hyde Bible Institute, a world-wide online Christian school of Biblical Studies, offers certifications in Christian Ministry and Christian Leadership to help equip and train the saints for local and global evangelism.

Dr. Hawkins-Hyde was selected and acknowledged as the Ohio STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) Exemplar Honoree Mathematics Teacher for Ohio. Dr. Hawkins-Hyde successfully defended her research and her Doctoral Dissertation was on "The Lack of Participation from African American Women in Global Missions". She proudly received the award for "The Most Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Research" from American Bible University in 2015.

Dr. Hawkins-Hyde later broke the glass ceiling as the FIRST FEMALE PREACHER in the 176 year old history of Payne Chapel AME (Hamilton, Ohio) to preach for their annual Men's Day on October 16, 2016.

Dr. Hawkins-Hyde is a workplace minister where she is currently employed as a full-time high school mathematics teacher for Cincinnati Public Schools. She also co-labors in ministry alongside her husband as Executive Pastor and Co-founder of their church, Cornerstone Christian Fellowship where their motto is, “We are not about Religion but about building relationships”. 

Dr. Hawkins-Hyde is a lifetime member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated, a devoted wife, and a mother. Her love for the Lord is shared with her husband, and their 3 beautiful daughters. Her favorite scripture is Philippians 3:13-14 and her personal motto is “God’s Grace Covenant Unleashes…BELIEVE FOR IT”. Dr. Kellie will impart the Gospel of Jesus Christ under the prophetic anointing of God with both power and demonstration. She has been blessed to travel internationally for global missions and has preached in Uganda, Africa and Romania, Europe. She loves ministry and will exercise her gifts locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally out of obedience, passion and calling to “go ye therefore and teach all nations…….” (Matthew 28:19)
